Director Mbumwae Suba Smith has over 25 years experience in childcare. She is a graduate of City College in New York City and is a Certified New York State Teacher from Pre-K to 12th Grade. She regularly attends workshops offered by the 92nd Street Y and Bank Street College, and is an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). She is CPR trained and has worked with infants and toddlers in a hospital settings.
